Hi, I’m Sabrena, the founder of Therapy Box™. For many years, I’ve had the privilege of
working closely with children and families, helping kids learn to understand their feelings, build confidence, and feel supported in the world around them.

Along the way, I met so many parents who wanted to help their children with big emotions but weren’t always sure how. Therapy Box™ grew from that shared need—to create tools that feel gentle, practical, and easy to use at home. Each activity is designed to help children feel safe to explore their emotions while giving families simple ways to connect, talk, and grow together.

I hope that Therapy Box™ becomes a small but meaningful part of your family’s
journey—supporting your child’s emotional growth and strengthening the bond you share, one activity at a time.
